Rawls comes into this game having carried 9 times in his previous game for roughly 40 yards I believe. He was facing a good Washington front, and also wasn't playing with the 1st team in practice. Wilson has called for more Rawls recently and I think he'll come out and ball tonight. I expect 65+ yards rushing.

Embiid OVER 21.5 Points -115 risk 115

Embiid had a nice rest during the early week and now is fresh to play 30 minutes tonight. With the Kings lacking any real defensive presence down low (Caldwell Stein is still too thin and weak for the likes of Embiid and Koufess doesn't have the lateral quickness), I think Embiid should dominate tonight. Hopefully he can stay out of foul trouble. If he does, this one should hit.

Carmelo Anthony OVER 19 Points -115 Risk 115

Anthony has played poorly with the Thunder. Entire team has played very bad, as they're obviously still trying to figure it out. Denver is a tough place to play but Denver's defense is not that great. Especially Jokic on the interior. I think that should open a lot of lanes for Westbrook and kickouts for open 3s. Individually, Paul Milsap is a solid defender against more traditional 4s, but guarding a guy like Anthony who is really a SF with a great first step....it's gonna be a big challenge for Millsap.

D. Wade OVER 10.5 Points -110 Risk $110

Derrick Rose is out tonight which opens up about 27 minutes for Wade. Wade still doesn't have a role with this team yet and I think more changes will be made to this starting 5 in the future. Regardless, with this type of fast paced game, expect Wade to take 10+ shots. Hopefully he doesn't have an off night, because no one on the rockets can really guard him except for Ariza and PJ Tucker, and those guys will have their hands full rotating on Lebron.

Jamaal Murray and Mudiay will struggle with this one tonight. With Milsap having to cling to Melo on the wing, it leaves Jokic on an island many times against Westbrook and there's some bad blood between these two. I expect Rus to go at him. 24 is kinda a lot with the weapons on this team, but hopefully Westbrook can just have an efficient night, because matchup wise, I do expect him to do work.

With a b2b for the lakers, I'm a little worried about a blowout here, but they have enough young guys I think to stay within 15. Hopefully Wall plays the 4th quarter. I expect Ingram to guard Wall and Lonzo sometimes, but either way, after a grind out with Boston, the last guy you want to face on a b2b is a player like John Wall. He laid and egg against the Lakers last game, and I expect him to amend that fukkup tonight with a solid performance.

Wade only played 20 minutes tonight. Lue has no fukking idea how to use his players. Love looked absolutely horrible tonight. He gives you nothing defensively. The Rockets dominated the boards with 19 more than the Cav's. They kept crashing the boards and the Cav's didn't want to box out.

I ran into DWade's mom tonight. My dumb self kinda disrespected her. When I first saw her, I looked at her like I knew her (I actually met her in Chicago many years ago but couldn't think who she was initially) I then said, "oh, DWade's mom." and she gave me a weird look. I should have called her Pastor Wade or Miss Wade or Miss Jolinda.

Last year at a game I called Reggie Evans, Quincy Acy at the bar. He got mad as hell and walked off to the bathroom. Later on I found out that they both hate being mistaken for each other. I felt bad all night.

JR and Shump had 2 rebounds in like 70 mins. WTF? How the hell do you only get 2 rebounds between the 2 of you? How does Crowder only score 3 points? How does the team only get 4 offensive rebounds a game? Why don't Lue send a couple guys to rebound? They don't even try to get boards.

Summary --

AJ green goes up against a horrible secondary. No one on this team can guard AJ, even if they double team him. He should feast on them for 100 and a td and hopefully more.

Bell goes up against what is imo the worst front 7 in football now that they lost Anderson. You got some rookies in there and Bell and that O line are gonna run the ball all game and keep a nice lead throughout. They've allowed 10 tds this year on the ground. So an average of over 1 score a game. I see it probable that Bells gets 1 td, and a strong chance that he can sneak in twice.

Gronk goes against an amazing Broncos defense. But the strength of the Broncos is on the outside with Talib and Harris, and up front with Wolf and Miller. Their linebackers and safeties aren't very good. With a strong pass rush coming for Brady I can see a decent amount of checkdowns to rock. Wouldn't be surprised if he caught 10 balls. Those odds are pretty ridiculous.
