That's really all you needed to say, the rest didn't need to be said especially in the way you said. Imagine that girl was your daughter and a couple cops handcuffed her and actually raped her, you would want them held accountable I hope. The reality is it doesn't matter if she is a whore, that would not preclude her from being raped and I could theorize why that would actually entice cops to rape her.
It seems most guys, yourself included in this instance, start at the premise there is a good chance the female is lying and that she is presumed a whore as opposed to supporting the female and starting with the premise that she's telling the truth.
