I have to disagree Opti. My local who has been around for years is great. Granted bitcoin has made depositing offshore easier but when it became a pain in the ass and there wasn't any bitcoin a good local did the trick. I'm a creature of habit and I like my cash in my hand. Been doing business with my guy for over 20 years never a hiccup ever.

It seems to work with a simple phone call. but if he still doesn't pay up, call his mom again with a serious gangster type of threat that you will be giving her son a once in a lifetime lesson for not paying up after you have loss thousands to him. Her mom might have the money or borrow from her relatives or friends to pay you. It's only $7K. I'm pretty sure she can come up with that.
