Everything not black and white, there a lot of room between being "awesome" or terrible. he a above average game manager who has enough ability to help his team win games.

Surrounded with nice pieces and good playcaller he very capable of being part of a championship level offense and doesn't cost his team games. He can't carry a team consistently but neither can 75% of the other starting qbs in this league.

When they face a defense that shuts down the run game he gonna struggle when forced to simply drop back and throw more than 30+ times. When the run game clicking he will put up nice numbers., they can't all be HOFers.
