Kudi, REAL statistics, such as you point out, don't really exist because it doesn't help the BLM or black athletes cause of being oppressed. Now if they actually had data, like this, to show us you know it would be in our face constantly. But these stats show what is really going on so no one wants to talk about it.

What will fix the problem other then very strong and increased law enforcement? Leaving it alone and start taking all the cops out of the bad parts of Chicago and just let everyone kill each other off maybe?

Law and order is the only solution to fix messes like this in high crime areas like Chicago.. You blitz the criminal activity, you raid the drug houses, you increase police street presence, you arrest street drug dealers, you begin taking illegal guns off the streets, Etc..

Chicago will become very peaceful and in a hurry almost over night if you do that... Declaring it a sanctuary city and hand cuffing the police officers only makes this problem and crime activity increase..

What % of that crime would be crime regardless where they are? 90%+ of those shootings happen in a few square miles. Cops effectively protect the rest of Chicago and try and keep that crime to that area. If they go in and break up all that it is just going to spread out the crime and significantly increase the difficulty in keeping rest of populace safe.

Lived in downtown Chicago for 10 years (bucktown, wrigley for most of my time) and never ever felt unsafe there. Know where to stay away from and Chicago is fine.

If I didn't know better, facts like these are the proof that Liberal govt does NOT care about minorities and ONLY wants their votes.

How come when blacks start talking about the inequalties in our society, the FIRST thing most white Americans will mention is Chicago.

Logically, every race will target to kill their own race. You're right Chicago and other with high black on black crime rates have to be cleaned up too, but don't allow that to let you lose focus on why these players are protesting. Unfortunately the commander and chief aka 45, starting a war with NFL owners telling them what to do which no Billionaire wants to be told. Now the owners have no choice but defend their business. Right now the country is fuming off divide and hate causing us to go back to the 50's and 60's.
