I do not condone looting at all but I got to tell you. After experiencing what we experienced in Houston, I have a different take on them. Not all are stealing just to be thieves. Some are trying to get necessities to survive. Things like food, water, shoes, boots, equipment, tools, etc., are necessities. Stores are closed days in advance, so what do you do? Where can you go? What if you're broke? It's like the zombie apocalypse. Survival of the fittest. These folks couldn't evacuate for whatever reason. Most likely they didn't have the means economically, so they have to now fend for themselves. If I was in their situation I would be looking to break into a tall, very secure building just to save myself. They can bill me for the broken glass later.

Looking at these folks, they do not seem to be destroying property. It doesn't even look like they are taking much? Looks like they may be taking boots, which I wouldn't have a problem. Heck most stuff in these stores are going to be worthless anyway once they get flooded. Might as well go to good use.

Yep, those shoes might come in handy when they are trying to outrun the police on their next crime. Maybe they can "survive" from potentially getting shot.

Yep, good news for now. Anything can happen but they're now forecasting cat 1 when it passes us. Still a nasty ass storm, but I'll take that over cat 3/4 winds. Sorry for the folks down south, but land is what we needed to slow this fukker up. Thanks Koncker.

You can keep them Donker, they've done enough damage here today. Knocked me out my annual survivor pool with that pitiful showing. $25,000+ to winner.
