Not sure if I get your question but I think you're asking if somebody in the U.S can make bets for you because you can't where you live.

The answer is no. They know what country, and state, the computer is sending from.

Not sure if there are agents for US books, but there could be.

You can join a say 5Dimes from Spain no prob. Use btc. Shouldnt be a problem. Using a proxy(VPN) is to cut Spain authorities out of the taxing loop. 5Dimes don't care.

Land of Freedom for certain things. Internet Gambling not one of them, unfortunately. Taking bets from Americans remain illegal, but from my understanding, betting is not. Transfer of funds is severely restricted.
