I thought for big casino run-ups or wins, checking was a common practice. A week seems to be a long time however.

I don't know how much was run up in the LIVE part, but that's shared with other sportsbooks, like BetOnLine. Think that would be pretty tough to audit.

Never ever had an issue with 5dimes either but my payouts have been primarily based on sports. I do recall them having a live rebate casino at one time but I think they've changed providers now ever since the BetOnline fiasco. If the $40k is a real number, I would think a phone call into them would help move things forward.

Hmm.. I guess I double posted in another thread where I posted the updates.

I requested a 20k payout and it arrived. It took about 9 days but it arrived in my bitcoin wallet.

I will update if I have problem withdrawing the rest in the future.

** Also, where I gamble is a live casino... where live dealers deal cards, not the software. I failed horribly with the computer software casino..
I have a screenshot of the account, but don't know how to post in a reply lol. Once I find out I will post.

Also, I heard things about Tony, but... never even spoke or had to get in contact with the managers. It was just a waiting game.
