For those that do a lot of day trading on binance and buy low/sell high.. Are you selling it for btc or eth? And are you just letting it sit in one of those before buying a different altcoin?

Ive currently just held everything so far but when you see these crazy swings. It gets you thinking a bit

I do some day trading on bittrex and poloniex. I typically hold bitcoin when I am in between alts or if I am selling just to buy back later. I rarely use USDT. I don't want to be out of the market the next time the market cap jumps 100 billion.

For those of you holding siacoin on bittrex:
SC is priced 15% higher on bittrex than on poloniex. The SC wallet on bittrex is down though. But if you have btc or something you don't mind selling on Poloniex you can still take advantage of it. Just sell you SC on bittrex and buy SC on Poloniex. You just increased your SC holdings 15% with zero risk. Arbitrage is awesome

I don't buy stocks. I buy and hold ETFs.

Unless you have at least $100,000 with 4x leverage, you aren't going to make any money day trading. Commissions alone will kill you.

I use ThinkorSwim from TD Ameritrade and while it is great software to play with, there's no way I'd do that for real. Traders trying to make $100 or $200 off predicting 10 cent moves ain't for me.

I think I would be a great day trader but I don't have the time, nor do I want to sit in front of my computer watching charts. I barely have enough time to post 100x a day on SBR. HAHA.

I am LOOONG in crypto, so I don't care about the ebbs and flows. It's all part of the territory. Crypto started off as my play around gambling money. It's starting to get real serious with some serious loot. I keep buying the dips and dollar cost average along the way. I've bought BTC at $42 and I've bought it at $17k. I don't cry about woulda, shoulda nor do I worry about bad timing. I really believe that ALL these cryptos are going to keep going up. This is just the beginning and my favorite saying is that "A rising tide lifts all boats". I'm just here for the great ride.

believe you just need enough to cover the fee on a given trade. If you look at "Trade History" tab it shows your fees - that will give you idea amounts of fees you've paid in the past - to estimate how much BNB to have on hand.

Meantime, nobody responded to my question yet about Sending transaction fees & confirmation times...was hoping to hear what anybody thinks on these issues.

I love stocks, I love options. Crypto is exactly like the stock market. A lot of second guessing in both. I've been watching Overstock the last year. They are one of the first online retailers that have bought into crypto. I was going to make a big play into their stock back in October but chose a couple more. It was $28 in October. It's 200% since then. I bought a big position today (I pay $1.95 a trade) this morning and already up $2,500. I really should just take profits today and move on but I'm greedy and think it will keep going up. My biggest problem is WHEN TO TAKE PROFITS. I'm a let it ride or die guy, which is usually not good.

Most people were hoping Ripple would get announced on Coinbase but it looks like CB is pushing the date back. I just moved a lot of ripple into Tron and XVG for the next week. I think we won't hear anything on Ripple for another 2 weeks.
