Considering taking Cavs ML for Game 4 on Friday Night (Saturday for me)
I will keep it short and sweet:

    • The owners of the NBA are Jewish (e.g. Adam Silver), many Jewish people are involved in it, I'm also Jewish and I'm observing the day of the "Shabbat" (=Saturday), so I cannot bet in live on this one, but I don't recall the NBA ever ending Finals recently on Saturday. Also for many Jewish fans it will be a ruin as well, I am 100% confident the NBA cares about this!
    • Also the betting crowd effect - everyone thinks the Cavs are buried - I'm not saying they are going to win the series but they should win this 1, they have the mentality to do it and I would never bury any team until the fat lady sings.
    • Oddsmakers put GS as -6 favorite (Game 3 they were -3.5), it's all tricks and part of a rigged system.

Not going to bet my life savings on it but definitely will consider throwing $150 on the Cavs to win $350 or so....

PS I haven't had any bet on the Cavs against GS during the first 3 games so I'm not "one of those" who bet on the Cavs just because I want them to win (but Cavs backers - betting on them to win Game 4 with such generous odds is the same as betting on them to win the series, same odds ... only this time you don't need to "sweat" it - once again, think about it, "BUY LOW SELL HIGH" - and don't do it so long in advance).

Many bettors would take the spread +7 but will feel annoyed for not betting the ML, that's what I think. It's either Cavs win or a sweep.
Now when I think about it - this is so weird why Cavs are getting +7, this is huge, and also at their home court? So weird... Well, it's like the way they moved the line from 220 to 226 for the under/over, good way to attract bets from both sides.

Nice play... Don't see this ending in a sweep. Cavs got too close and just couldn't seal the deal. Think they deliver and eventually lose 4 - 1

Lol at commissioner angle. Personally how can you go against history with a chance at 16-0 in playoffs.

I wouldn't. With the exception of Lebron and Irving, the entire Cavs team is trash. Especially Kevin Love who is playing horrible this year

Warriors had almost a recorded amount of turnovers in game 3.....

Thats not going to happen again....

                      Good luck on your bet.

Most American jews are still watching TV Friday Night/Saturday till dusk. Most Jews, especially American reformed ones, not that religious to the point of not doing anything on sabbath.

GS might lose. But think they want to sweep so expect their best effort.

Shabbath is a sacred day, can bring so many twists but non-Jews are not obligated to observe it, but still I do give it lots of importance.

Also - I won't be here for you to throw stones on me in case this one loses and you start mocking this thread (and do feel free!!) - so only on Saturday night my time I would be able to see all the jokes that people are going to run in this thread.

Expecting this to be at least a 6 page long thread by half time.

James does not take over in the 4th. He doesn't want to be known as a choker in the 4th. He can score 50 in 3q but tanks in the 4th. there is a reason why he has 11 points in the 4th q in the SERIES. SURREAL!!!!

I don't see a possible scenario where Golden State loses tomorrow.

It's pretty much this simple: The Warriors secretly desperately want to go undefeated, and Cleveland doesn't want to fly again cross country for a funeral. Their own funeral.

I'll likely have an above average sized wager on GS ML tomorrow.

I just can't imagine them losing. Can you? Why would Cleveland want to hop on an airplane again? Plus, I really think the Warriors wants to go down as the greatest team ever. That means going undefeated.

Cavs gave Max-effort in game 3 and it wasn't enough. No way they are as charged up for this one with their fate inevitable... Warriors end it!

Hopefully we'll be watching another closeout game on Monday night.

This is going to be on the Cavs AND on the Warriors. The Warriors are devastating in closeout games....and the Cavs know they can't win now. Honestly, they are not a group that will take this personally. Lose and move on.
