    Kevin Anderson flames out again
This guy should have some big trophies by now, but has nothing to show for it. Again, today, retires in 2nd set. Will never win a major. At least I get my money back on retirement.

Anyone else followed his career and feel underwhelmed??

So pissed - this is the 3rd big-money wager since French Open 2016 that I've lost due to the losing player bowing out before the 2nd set is completed. As usual, I've not benefitted from this scenario once in that span.

Last time was Monfils bowing out in I can't forget what tournament before I had reached winning wager 2nd set complete.

Anderson was never supposed to win a major and never will either.

I just found out hes a white dude. I bet on him a few times and just saw an African flag next to his name and assumed he was a brotha.

Thought he was Kenny Anderson as well, like the nets point guard back in the day. Just see K. Anderson as his name.

Oh well, at least he retired and got me a refund bc he was getting destroyed by the other guy

This. Unbelievable. Third time this Rolland Garros for me.

I don't know about this- he had a run in 2014-2016 Where he beat all the top 5 players in 500/1000 events, was top 10 in world but kept having bad losses versus mediocre competition. Just very frustrating guy to bet on.

Yes, he can beat top players once in awhile because he gets so many free points off his serve. Once a player like Anderson plays someone that returns well, they are in big trouble. He is the same type of player as Isner, Karlovic, Raonic..they all can beat top players once in awhile but aren't good in rallies and lack the footwork and movement skills.

Going out on a limb here, but I think Geno Smith will never lead a team to the Super Bowl.

I really damn hate players getting retired after trailing by a lot...
He was 1 set down and 2 breaks down 0-3 in 2nd set, then he retired

he's only been to 1 quarterfinal in a major, no semis, no final appearances

other than beating wawrinka a few times, the only other top guy he's ever beaten was murray one match at the us open

no idea why any observer would think he should've won a major... he played djokovic tough in one major, other than that he gets smoked every time by top guys

being ranked #10 for one week in a career doesn't mean you should have major championships

He's basically been constantly injured since he hit top10.
