Recently, Pointber Poker cannot do withdrawal and deposit? Is this true? Their reply as usual short and general :- technical problem? So, far it has been many days,....anybody same problems? And today I login my Pointbet Poker balance is ZERO??? Now still waiting for their.

Pointbet's low ratings are based on their location and occasional issues with local authorities and not on their financial stability or customer service.
There is no need to panic. Pointbet is a fine operation and most of he time is much better in al aspects than A or even A+ books.
Customer references (including my personal) have always been very positive on them.
This issue is most likely to be resolved by Pointbet iteself in nearest time.

One of my Euro contacts is a big supporter of this book and said they are as solid as they come. Are you saying they haven't returned any of your queries about your poker account? Maybe get in touch with Bill and see if he can help you with this issue if that's the case.Comment -

This is their latest reply:-

Today is the 14 days and still no reply from Pointbet. I m very dissapointed with them as I support Pointbet for many years. This shows that if you got problem and (from the response I got) a minority. You can't do anything but just move on.Comment
