good trade for both teams, even though the Magic suck.

Good moove imo, they lost Ross and a first rounder which will be either the raps 1st rounder or clipps 1st rounder. Ross has alot of potential/upside but didnt seem to have the drive to get better so he was inconsistent @ best. Norman Powell/Joseph will get most of Ross's minutes so thats helps the team already then u add ibaka to the mix. The only problem i see now is figuring out how to play Serge and Valen2nutz together, when they have to matchup small with teams it will be tough but thats a good problem to have. I would like to see Ibaka and Nogeira play together at the ends of games to really shut down the lane for opposing teams.

Chewbaka isn't that good anymore.. He's being traded for a reason.. He's not as good as was when he played in OKC..
Still it probably helps the Raptors out defensively in the middle.

He is a good piece and improves them but I felt they needed a bigger splash... They can't trade Ibaka until next year and don't really have any more trade assets right?
With a Cousins or Millsap they could have made a run. Now its up to the Celtics to get involved and separate themselves form the Raptors.

amazing move for the squad
lowry-derozan-carrol-ibaka-vally
one of the best defensive teams in the league
with our bench - cojo-powell-pat2- siakam/sullinger-nogueira
plus some young talent developing in delon wright, bruno cabocolo , poeltl
still have a first round pick for this draft , things are looking up all we need is a solid vet/3 point shooter SF for the bench and wed be a complete team imo.... get rid of sullinger this offseason and grab a vet min 3 point shooter like mike dunleavy somebody like that , great moves by Masai the best GM in the league, making diamonds outta beach rocks

Being an NBA GM is so easy... just get the fumb duck GMs (Kings/ Knicks/ Magic) of the league on speed dial.
Why does Hennigan still have a job? His owner said recently he will re-evaluate him at the end of the season. Madness.

Cousins would be THE BEST CENTER IN THE LEAGUE if he would just cut down on the negative emotions every game. I think cousins is more valuable than Shaq. But cousins cries about every non call.
Man if that kid would stop being a bitch and just man up 24/7.

love the trade for raptors...
and in defense of orlando GM, isn't ibaka a free agent this summer? i would think excellent chance he was going to sign elsewhere.
but now he'll probably sign in toronto or at least they'll have a very good chance.
i like t ross and orlando needs players like him....... the draft pick will be late first round - i think it's either raptors own or clippers.

Don't really see this trade having much of an effect on anything that happens in the East. Ibaka was a better player 3-4 years ago. Doesn't change the game like he used to.
Raptors still way short of the Cavs. Will be battling all playoffs just to win games.

Improve? Lol. He was better 3-4 years ago. That's a fact. Anyone who follows the game knows this. He's a nice spot up shooter now but his shot-blocking and defense have regressed and those are the things that made him so good.

Good, thankful his bum ass is out of Orlando. Grab Ross, and a pick. Maybe we can rebuild. Serge isn't anything special, but enjoy thinking so Toronto.

I don't think people realize how badly he has regressed. His numbers suck on a team that was basically his. Rebounding, scoring, blocks all down. At their lowest, tied for it, or around the lows. This is with more shots, and opportunities. Enjoy Toronto. Thank you for Ross, but especially the 1st round pick.

Yea his offensive numbers are good but he had more opportunity on that team. Ibaka was a really good player when he was a rim protecting machine in OKC. He averaged almost 4 BPG one year and now he's down under 2.
