It isn't surprising that they would sell out a home game for this. I want to see the ratings for ESPN for places outside Connecticut

When I lived in LA I had season tickets to the Clippers (who sucked back then). The WNBA was formed in the mid to late 90's and I got a good deal on LA Sparks season tickets. I'd give tickets away to young kids at times and they always had a ball. The WNBA was much more entertaining for young kids because they always had stuff going on during the game to keep their attention. I actually enjoyed watching Tina Thompson and Lisa Leslie more than watching the underachieving Clippers. There were much more pretty woman at the games as well. I don't know what happened but the early 2000's the games turned into a Lesbian fest. Woman would leave their husbands home and bring their girlfriends in droves. It was unreal. Some of the most beautiful woman in LA, hugged up on other woman. A lot of butch woman that looked just like men. I had to stop bringing young kids because it got weird.

I remember taking my niece to a game and we stood in line afterwards for her to get player autographs. We're waiting in line and right when we get to the front, my niece says loud as hell "Uncle, that looks like a man". Tiffany Stansbury who definitely heard her. I was so embarrassed. Stansbury just smiled and sighed the autograph but I was beet red.
