Bets10 (Betsson) rejected my withdraw!
Hello guys. I am in dire need of help. I am so frustrated right now. I am from Turkey and most elite bookies doesn't accept customers from Turkey. So i must use lower class bookies, unfortunately. One of the most popular ones in my country is Bets10, its the Local Turkish name for Betsson, i think. Its in Malta and regulated bt MGA.
3 weeks ago i made a deposit of 300 TRY and got another 300 TRY as a bonus. I started betting with 600 TRY bankroll. The bankroll go down to 100 TRY at one point. But then i started to play more systematic on sports, pre-game and live, and live roulette and succeded. The bankroll right now is 2900 TRY. And the bonuses turnover requirement is DONE!
I wanted to withdraw 300 TRY (My deposit amount) But Bets10 rejected it saying, ''its a routine process, we're going to review your transactions, please wait.'' I researched this procedure on Google and some say it took 3 weeks etc. Why is that happens? How long am i have to wait? Can i make something about it?
