Ben has been playing extremely average, KC RZ defense is a bit better than NE but Pats are no slouch. 7 RZ trips and no TD to show for it isn't gonna cut it against.

Gronk is not playing. Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb are better than anyone currently playing wr for the Patriots. Both GB TE's are better the Bennett. If I took the top 8 receivers from both teams only Edelman would be considered for at best 3rd in ranking. Think about who Brady is currently throwing to. Number 15, Amendola, Michael Floyd, Edelman and Bennett. His running backs out of the backfield are better options. Think of who Aaron Rodgers is throwing to considering its one of the weakest corps in the NFL and who wouldn't take Jordy, Cobb, Adams, Cook and Rich Rodgers over what the Patriots currently have.

Pats are top 8 in RZ defense (TD only), Chiefs are slightly better but Pats defense is solid. KC came in 26th in run D, Pats are top 5. Ben will have to win the game on his arm, with how he's been throwing it lately I'm not sure he can do enough to pull the upset.

I never said pats receivers were better. I'm pretty much agreeing with you here. Give Brady or Rodgers pitt/atl receivers and they would destroy Ben/Ryan. And why is jordy Nelson in the discussion but gronk isn't? Neither are playing.

That means you didn't understand my first post if you are agreeing with me. I said with what Brady is working with he still is not last. Give him what the others are working with and Brady is first or second. He could do better than each of them but maybe Rodgers if playing with the same talent

I understood 100%. the part I disagreed with was your implication that gb receivers were head and shoulders above pats receivers. If you're not going to include gronk, then you shouldn't include jordy Nelson either. Adams and Cobb are just average receivers. Nothing more.

The throws he makes in trouble with a flick of the wrist are near immortal.

That being said: Ryan and Ben are fine QBs, but not now or certainly over their careers can they carry TB12s jock. 4 rings with out a HOF back or WR (Moss 1+ year).

So LB, if the Pats win this tournament (W/out Gronk) are you going to give them the respect they deserve?
