Hard to play bball during the day. Not like baseball. NBA highest level of athleticism required in any sport. Need to get really good sleep, eat a good meal, long warmups, etc. Don't ever see this happening because it'll make the product worse.
If you ever have met/talked to NBA players, ask them about their schedule/routine. These guys sleep all during the day before games. They have to.
Imagine a day game at 1 pm, and next day you have a 10 pm game. Your schedule is fukked. You gotta wake up early for the 1 pm game, like at 8 am. Eat, warmup, get to stadium, etc. Then play game. By 11 p.m. you're dead. Then you wake up next morning at 7-8 a.m. cause no way you can sleep longer than 8 or 9 hours. By 10 p.m. no way you have the same type of energy. You gotta force yourself to take a nap maybe.

Only time we get early games are sundays at noon est.
There is about 3 times a year that those teams playing sunday noon have another game the next day at 7:00pm
Id be curious to know how many times that team playing at noon covers the next night. too lazy to do the research but i bet it is under 47%Comment -
Goat, you do realize there are 1pm, sometimes even noon tipoffs on the weekend, MLK Day, etc...
A couple week day afternoon games would have you playing once every couple weeks in this spot....I think the boys can handle it.Comment -
