I'm a lifelong Cubs fan. I'm 49 years old and had a handfull of my buddies when we were 9,10,11,12 years old we would watch Cubs everyday over the air of WGN. Then go out to play ball... every freaking day of the summers. Cubs played no night games back in the 70's

Hells yea Cubs fans are geeked. If you don't think they should be, or if you think Cubs fans are playing their cards early... I say you might be right but you are an asshole. Every fan gets excited this time of the season for a team that is winning and looking towards a title. If you don't like that, you don't like sports.
