Realbet.eu payouts

No, I have been waiting since May 7th on an approved payout request. i always receive the same message: They assure my payout will be paid as soon as the tracking numbers becoming available.....
End of May they told me mid-June
End of June they told me first two weeks in July
End of July(last week) they told me first week in August

Yeah SBR said realbet told them on July 8th that they were 3 to 4 weeks out before they started paying out. So we will see soon hopefully

That would be great news if it comes thru. What concerns me is that I have talked to CS several times, and once the payout manager wasn't going to be there for several hours, and another instance, the payout manager was off that particular day.....I was shocked that 1) they didn't have more than one payroll manager on staff at all times B) that at this time they didn't have some one working on payouts 24/7......

Sounds like a mickey mouse operation to me. You get what you deserve if you are a USA player and you deviate from the 3-4 USA facing bookmakers that in relative terms are actually trustworthy and reliable.

Thanks for your feedback, but in my defense.....I left BETUS because of a slow payout and began looking for a new platform....I did research for several days on the internet, including this forum and a few others, plus several reports I found on Realbet. At the time, I did not find any negative feedback or red flags that would have given me hesitation.
I am definitely not defending Realbet, because I am pissed and want my money, but you act as if people don't do their due diligence.
So unless you have a solution to our problem, you can keep you fabulous opinion to yourself ...as you are a newbie to SBR membership as I am...although been stalking around here for a while.....

If you previously thought BetUS was your best bet and then realised they were dodgy and then chose Realbet, then you really have to question your "due diligence" that brought you to the conclusion that these two operators were good options.

The simple thing is that the USA facing market is very shaky indeed, even with the biggest USA facing operators, so it just isn't worth the risk to go for a new and unproven operator where you can get all the security and betting options etc from the 3-4 top bookmakers, and as always most importantly, you can be safe in the knowledge that you will get your payout.

If you get away from your skirmish with Realbet unscathed, then you should count your lucky stars and then think far more carefully about who your next bookmaker is as you are simply playing with fire and taking big risks with no reward when betting with these dodgy bookmakers rather than sticking with the established operators, and you may not get so lucky next time if choose yet another cowboy firm to bet with.

so my question to you all that use that book Why would you use a book like that when you have Heritage bookmaker youwager betpop etc that do pay, im just confused

Ok Ok, gotcha.....I understand what you are saying in regards to choosing BETUS, then going to Realbet. I am not denying poor choices in hindsight. Unfortunately, it feels as if I am learning on the go.....but I can be assured in my own mind that I was trying to find a more stable platform after dealing with BetUS. I can at least say that they did pay me multiple times before I had a payout delay. With that being said, I can assure that if I can get my money from Realbet, then I will be playing at one of the 3 to 4 top bookmakers as LUCTENS has suggested....
Just hopeful that the money shows up prior to NFL and Cfb....we will see.
Gonna call again at the end of this week.

Well to your question I have used all the major sportsbooks like bovada, heritage, and betonline. But in this instance I was just looking for a nice deposit bonus. I happened to run it to almost 5k. Too bad they're being shady but I definitely knew the risk betting with an unproven book. I researched and found nothing negative with them and all positive. They have lots of advertisements. Clearly it looks like they use their money in advertising to sucker in new clients and decide not to pay them out. Well at least so far that's what it looks like.
