I do not believe that the democratic party or anyone in that party or anyone in general believes in wanting things given to them. EVERYONE wants to be valued. EVERYONE wants to be recognized for their work/efforts. I have hired thousands of people in my lifetime... thousands. and people want to prove themselves and want to take pride in their work. It's when they become disillusioned, lose faith or feel they are not valued that they go off the rails.
I was hired by FEMA and the Red Cross to assist people displaced by Hurricane Katrina. I hired 850 people to support that effort. I have a pretty extensive background check process but because everything happened so fast, I hired a dozen people by mistake who had prior felonies ranging from fraud, theft, violence, etc. I made sure to put these people in jobs that I could watch them closely. Do you know that that group worked harder, were more appreciative of having a very good paying job, were polite, did above and beyond of what the job called for and did not cause any trouble. I got to know several of them and this was the first job they ever had that they felt respected. They felt they were doing something to make a difference. Several of them have moved on to bigger and better to this day. It changed the way I thought about people.
I know your complaint is about people laying at home cashing a welfare or unemployment check. I get it but get over that. I agree that people should not be able to sponge off of the community BUT we have to come up with better ways to put them to work. The answer is not to necessarily cut them off. I don't have all the answers but I know first hand that most people want to do right. They somehow got derailed along the way.Comment -

Here's the future generation stance on politics. Gay marriage is ok (who gives a penetrate) abortion will be settled. Now economically is complicated, for the most part we work, then you got the whiny little bitches who thinks it's the worlds problem why they got a worthless college degree and can't find a job. Fiscal conservatism is really gaining traction among young people. My Facebook feed consists of a few Bernie Libs and a bunch of trump supporters. I have not seen anything pro Hillary once. You must not have spent much time in church. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of god.... some christians say that once you get saved you don't sin any longer, or that you become sanctified. But if you have spent time around christians, you know this isn't true either.
