of what they want to do if given the power. Any contributions welcome.

Raise the retirement age to 70.

Cut the monthly money YOU paid into SS. (SS is YOUR money, not the govts to do with what they wish)

Probably have medicare pay only 70%. (80% now, thanks Bush )

Cut planned parenthood. (minorities use this the most, includes birth control)

Cut snap benefits. (you think crime is bad now? Wait)

Immigration reform? Obama left it up to them, nothing. Probably nothing the next 4 years.

Wall? Mexico pay for it?

Repeal Obama care. (What do they have?)

Probably make laws to be able to discriminate legally against any group with their business.

Huge increase in military spending.

Have a flat tax. (you and me will pay more, you can bet corporations/ rich won't have a flat tax)

SS is a whole different category from welfare and unemployment. Don't know what SS supplement you are
talking about.

They want to raise the retirement age because people are living longer. People back in the day were lucky to
even live to retirement. With advancements in medicine, we are living way into our 80's. That's 20 years of
SS hand outs the originators didn't anticipate compared to maybe 5 - 10 years on it.

If people have to work until they are 70 what does that do to employment? Stifles it. If all those old people
are still working, how is a young person just starting out going to get a job?

Military? You know congress approved to cut it, right? Funny how it's been spun around on Obama.
Military is using unmanned drones. They are landing unmanned jets on aircraft carriers. Military
is automating. No need for grunts on the ground. Plus there's so much waste in the defence dept.

funny When I was in the USCG they would hand out fat boy letters. If you were really over weight they gave u certain time to get in shape and if not u could actually be discharged. fortunately I have been on the thin side my entire life. Right now 33 waist but if my metabolilsm slows down no more seconds or thirds. Hey, all branches high tech now. They don't take just anyone like they use to. We always got the navy hand me downs. Ships that the navy didn't use anymore they generously gave to the Cost Guard, like old destroyers and cutters. If you get the schools you want the USCG is excellent.

you are declined for it. You have to wait a year. Apply again and if denied, the lawyer will file an appeal.
If he wins, he gets the retro active money from the time you filed the 1st time which is in the thousands.
Come retirement, SSDI is dropped and you have to rely on SS.

8 years of Obama has added millions to the work force of whom are paying into SS. So long as people are working
and jobs are being created, SS will be fine.

First of all clinton and the republican congress changed welfare to 5 years max and 3 years at one time then you have to go off of it for either 6 months or a year. A bunch of people got around this by saying their child was a slow learner.. It is called ssdi as mac said. People that are spouting shit don't know what they are talking about. Now how this screwed the american people is that used to be on welfare a family of 4 could get about 650 for the whole family. Now these families are getting 729 per child. SO that lady that was getting 650 now is getting 2900 for the whole family. When that is taking away there will be riots out the ass. I knew a white lady that was getting ssdi in the 80's and when she turned 65 her money dried up. To get social security you must work 40 quarters which is 10 years.

Pretty sure it is 7.65 including the company match would be 15.3. It used to be 6.75 and 13.5. the reason I knew that was I was self employed and got stuck paying both ends. I was being taxed 58 % when you figured fed and city and state. Yes i got some write offs but was still over top bracket for ss.
