You guys are looking at it from a bad angle. They have these cops who are jumpy and are trained to kill. They have some cops operating in black neighborhoods who have never been around black people and their judgement of black people are solely based on what they see on the tv screen and that is a recipe for disasterComment -

It does, just not ones with felonies... Unless it's been 10 years since the last sentencing in Louisiana. Then one would have to go through the proper hoops to get the license, then can carry all they want. It starts with obeying the law though.

The Minnesota cops going to go to jail but these cops in this case are 100% Scott free it's an automatic and there's no case the guy was on the ground and he was going for a gun in his pocket and there's witnesses listen to the crowd they said he has a gun

You really are a kid. Do some research for once. The office of the Inspector General Social Security Administration has plenty of every day cause and reason to order not only this amount of ammo, but much more.
It's used for their officers and training of those officers.
You do know you just asked why a law enforcement agency buys bullets that are standard issue for many law enforcement agencies?

Basically this is an attack on 2nd amendment. I wonder what NRA will do now. The black guy in Minnesota has a concealed carry permit and no rap sheet and was shot by cops for nothing. NRA should take a stance and protect 2nd amendment for all citizens.Comment -

Show law enforcement incapable, then usher in a world cop... (Kill the dollar) which will happen, maybe sooner then later, then a world currency, a world cop, a world judge, a world religion (to keep the peace)...
We are already taxed like crazy here in America, just to renounce citizenship cost has went up (a lot of people abandoning ship) But unless you live in the jungle, it won't help anyway..
