Two kids in private school and wife just bought a new SUV so that drains on the resources but still out here pushing along. If I was single I'd be fully debt free no doubt.

of course, marriage is a sinkhole because women are stupid and do things like buy brand new 40k SUV's to drive them to Target and the grocery store once a week when a smart person buys something decent and gently used for 20k and directs the other 20 on a monthly basis into an investment acct.
