NEW YORK -- Two-thirds of Americans would have difficulty coming up with the money to cover a $1,000 emergency, according to an exclusive poll released Thursday, a signal that despite years of recovery from the Great Recession, Americans' financial conditions remain precarious as ever.

#10income disparity is just ridiculously bad atm. the term rich get richer, poor get poorer is true by design...

when 20% of the people own over 80% of the wealth, there's a problem.

#15yeah but the problem with this is the middle class in america no longer exists. when the middle class disappears, watch out. there will be chaos soon, that's why the elites are scared and want to disarm the citizens...Originally posted by Booya711You just have to be smart enough to become the 20%

#17While much of this is true there is no need for the victim mentality. Changing your business model and financial strategy to fit the current shifts is something available to everyone, at little cost.Originally posted by Ghenghis Kahnyeah but the problem with this is the middle class in america no longer exists. when the middle class disappears, watch out. there will be chaos soon, that's why the elites are scared and want to disarm the citizens...

There will be trouble when the shit house comes down but don't act like a victim when it happens, be prepared for the inevitable.
And stop misleading the SBR Forum by claiming you are concerned for them, then proceed to steer them wrong.

#24Mo one of your fellow Canadians burnt one of my stores. He bought 175 dollar with merchandise and did a charge back on us. Unfortunately we didn't have the chip reader on CCs at the time and he was using one, so there was no recourse. We even had a signature and video, nothing we could do. Ultimately he knew what he was doing. We even had to cover the exchange rate., lol.Originally posted by MoMoneyMoVaughnI don't have $1000

Also, there was some info from California, I believe, and they found that the newly loaded EBT cards were used to take out cash in places like Vegas, Disneyland, and even DisneyWorld, in Florida.

We have people come into our shop all of the time with $500 and $1000 deductibles that expect us to help cover it because they don't have the money. They don't understand if there is only $800 labor to make on a wreck, we can't go in the hole helping them. They just end up spending the insurance check on other shit and driving around in a smashed up car.Comment -
