Im a low roller when I go to Las Vegas my brother is not plays large or medium well.He has been turned down from 500 dollar wagers. Southpoint Luxor Edgewater I Laughlin.Just some of the places he was told to cut from 500 to 250 in CBB.Vegas loves losers not winners.

Gene Kivi has left his job as race and sports book director for the MGM Grand hotel-casino.

MGM officials declined to give a reason why Kivi left the post he has held since June 1993, six months before the Strip mega-resort opened. However, speculation is that he was fired Friday.
"Mr. Kivi has decided to pursue other opportunities -- that is all we can say about it," Jack Leone, MGM vice president of communications, said today.
Rumors among the betting public are that the betting lines in the sports book may have been too liberal, and that the resort had been taking a financial beating because of it.
