Therefore I don't generally bet more than $100/game as the utility isn't worth it. My guess is that the guys on here who make the most from their day job actually bet the least. Could be wrong but I don't think I am.

          I believe you are correct

Most bettors dream is to bet $500 per game

              Most cannot afford it

I bet from 5 to 20 and up to 50 when I have a lock. I don't do it for a living . For entertainment only and if there is a game on . I have to have action. I place a lot of 5 team parlays for 1 dollar that pay 25 .

There's some days I wish I was betting less than $100.00 per game. I usually go $175.00-$350.00. If my business has a less than ideal month earnings wise I'll lower it, though.

                            does not matter

one time kid caddied for me...kept saying he was broke

I tipped him $25 as a forecaddie...$100 between 4, then took that $100 in a putting contest from him after round

I left him bag of peanuts

It's all relative. $50.00 dollars to somebody is another persons $500.00.

Prices in a market are dictated by scarcity value. Air is everywhere.

I taught an intro econ class at a university last year and I couldn't believe how many people couldn't explain why diamonds are worth more than water.

No way. Africa, India and China are all way below $1480 a month.
