#37I read a theory that Nicole bought two sets of the same gloves, one for OJ and one for his son who had smaller hands. And OJ only turned up after the son committed the murder and helped cover for him..Comment -

#39Great first episode! After watching so many Netflix shows though I have gotten very used to no commercials. Last night's barrage of commercials was painful. I will tape them from now on so I can fast forward. No matter how much $$ they put into advertising, Hail Caesar does not look funny.Comment -

#40Fwiw...not saying oj did or didn't do it..but the crime scene was contaminated and evidence moved multiple times. The forensic expert Dr Henry Lee testified that the crime scene was different then the event that took place..he's fbi witness often.Comment -

#41I remember watching OJ Simpson try to flee to Mexico in that White Bronco with 10 gees cash on him and people cheering him on with every freeway over pass he drove by.. Innocent people don't run like that..
I live in Santa Monica, California and almost walking distance away from that murder house.. Remember seeing Nicole Simpson when she was alive a few times in the Brentwood restaurants I use to go to.
OJ was a waste of tax dollars and court space from that point on.. Police should have riddled him with bullets then.. Still can't believe he was set free from that crime.... His attorney is dead now and he's in jail.. Funny how that worked out that way.. Got Karma? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnnie_CochranComment -

#43Just watched it.
Saw a doc a few years ago, focusing on the social climate/impact of LA at the time.
Absolutely insane how polarizing the verdict was. To this day it is the most significant
event that taught me no matter what you believe in your own mind, you are clueless to
people from a different culture when the shit hits the fan.
Travolta was great and creepy as Shapiro.Comment -

#44Whites should have rioted when OJ was set free... Lol. Wouldn't that have been a change of events..
I'm not hating though because I got the deal of a life time after Rodney King got beat down and the LA riots started up again.. Pennies on the dollar on a commercial property that was burnt to the ground almost and raided upon.. I bought it and it's worth 20x today no lie...
The California Northridge earthquake was another gold mine if you were smart enough to cash in when all those apartment buildings were red tagged and the banks were giving those properties away for free practically at the time..... Last event was New Orleans and I was tempted to invest after those floods but that shittt was below sea level and I passed because I'm out of State..... Not sure what deals you could have found right after they drained out all that sea water from the city?
People there is money to be made when the public fears are real after any disaster.. Your average investors run and or sell cheap to get out, or they walk and the banks take over..
Chances are that same disaster won't happen in the same area again for a long long time.. This I learned from old wealthy Jewish land owners 20 years ago when I worked and basically ran a property management company.. Wisdom and knowledge fellas take it in and remember...Comment -

In the first episode, remember Johnny Cochran's motorized wardrobe closet? Yeah, well he never owned anything like that. They made it up for the show.
I have to say though that Larry King did a great job of playing Larry King.Comment -

#58Funny how the show focuses on Rodney King. Had the cops been found guilty, everyone would have acted the same. Just an excuse. Blacks are always going to back their own race. I was young, what was O.J. the equivalent to in this day? Peyton Manning? I know he was in a few movies and had endorsements but he seemed like more of a huge deal in L.A. than nationwide. They announced the verdict at my elementary school and I was like, who gives a fukk?Comment -

I didn't realize motorized wardrobe closets and Kato eating a hamburger blew up the case.
Good grief.
Anyway, do you remember this? Classic Captain Janks phony phone call, from the Howard Stern show.
