last time I called in a bet I got the one guy that could barely speak English. By the time it was over I wasn't sure what had just happened.

Every fuking time. I usually get pissed and say can you transfer me please, and keep asking to be transferred until I reach an English speaking person

I've got a local and have been with him for many years. I get paid or pay up in full and on time.......unlike Flipside. He does give me access to internet lines though.

I've tried the offshore route but once Pinnacle shut off Americans it became a loser's game. I most definitely will not do business with some rasta dude who calls me 'mon' and tries to tell me that they can't send me any of my winnings because their system is temporarily down. Thieves!
