It's hard not to gamble and drink during the football playoffs. If I'm taking a sabbatical from those vices I pick August, slow time of year for sports and you have football to look forward to in September.

Either way, gl Leafer. The first few weeks are tough, but once it starts setting in you'll find other ways to occupy your time, if only to keep a sense of sanity.

Just enjoy your life and do what you wanna do while trying to keep longterm health and goals in mind as much as possible.....99% of us are addicts in some way and degree whether we admit it or not so best to ride the wave than fight it off completely
