Los Angeles schools closed after credible terror threat: media WTF

(Reuters) - Los Angeles Unified School District schools were closed on Tuesday after the district received a credible terror threat, KTLA TV station reported, citing school officials and police.

Media reports said a news conference was expected on Tuesday morning.

My kids need their daycare bro! I am sure that this was way more than a phone call in or a wackjob emailing some sort of threat. They don't just interrupt a mega corporation like LAUSD for chatter. Given what happened in San Bernardino a few days ago should we just ignore this? Corines is on his way out anyways and is only a fill in. It's no secret, LAUSD is one of the worst run public agencies in the US, but with the Sandy Hook anniversary yesterday and SB shootings, I'm gonna give him a pass on this one.
