The more I think about it the more I like it. Relegation for the bottom feeders, AHL, ECHL, doesn't matter. Player salaries are 2-way, just like MLB. You go down to the minors, you make less. Wanna get paid, play better. Fuk it, all sports should work this way. Makes everyone accountable, including lousy owners (looking at you Leafs). This is one thing the Futbol fuks got right.
