TCU looked amazingly bad.

After the first quarter they were totally out of sync. Anytime Boykin went deep, he was way, way off. He overthrew a number of receivers.

I love the Gophers, but TCU is not a number 2 ranked team.

The Gophers did have a long time to scout and prepare for this game. Let's see how both teams look in their next game? That turnover in the first half that lead to the cheap score made it a little different game but the Gophers hung in there.

Good point and the Gophers have been good in that spot. It's just the first game, I don't think they are #2 but anything can happen.

They had 22 fewer total yards than against Minnesota last year. Minnesota gave them the game last year. But put up a little more of a fight this year.

I was flipping back and forth but I thought Boykin looked good it's week 1 some ugly offensive football they'll be fine don't know about them being #2 though
