That's a lot of weaknesses, but the thread says bold predictions right? His odds are +2500, so obviously it's a long shot. But I think that field for defensive rookie of the yeard award is wide open, so he could do it with a good season.

Pass defense has to be the most important phase of the game though IMO since the league has become so pass happy.

Generating overall QB pressure with a great DE is better than handcuffing one WR with a great CB. Guys like Luck, Brady, Rodgers have no trouble going to their #2,#3,#4 reads if you take away their #1.

Pats could have a similar thing, very good front 7 with Collins, Hightower etc

Pats secondary isn't that bad without Revis, they've got plenty of guys that can step up. Chung and McCourty are solid safeties entering their prime, Malcolm Butler deserves a shot after basiscally winning the SB for NE, Logan Ryan has a chance to step up in year 3 and Bradley Fletcher brings a solid resume adding depth at CB. They certainly can't replace Revis, but they had solid defense before Revis and I'm sure they can move on without him, there's plenty to like about the 2015 NE secondary.
