1998 Cincinnati Reds infield, last day of regular season

Stephen and Barry Larkin (1B/SS)
Aaron and Bret Boone (3B/2B)

I guess this qualifies , but I'd like to not count it because that one game was S Larkins only appearance in mlb. Have no idea how long he was on the roster.

The 4 players I know about all played a lot of games ( >50) that year and had multi year careers - one had a pretty short career., but more than just that year.

no -- looked it up to be sure -- Aarons last time '71 , Niekros first time '73 - almost
