Clippers ML +163 in Game 3
The Clippers are winning this series. Despite the loss in Game 2, there's no way Chris Paul is letting this team bow out early again. It took a heroic effort from Tim Duncan to grind out a victory in Game 2. But that's not sustainable - not against this front court of Jordan and Griffin. Kawhi Leonard has put up a good stat line but it doesn't tell the whole story. Barnes has made it very tough for him and is definitely frustrating him. With Parker m.i.a. and Ginobili not playing like the Ginobili of old, the Spurs need Leonard to dominate this series and I don't see that happening.

Game 3 is typically the pivotal game in these big series. Look for the Clippers to come out strong Friday night. San Antonio will make their runs like they always do but the Clips will come up with the big shots when they need them. This is Chris Paul's game. They will follow his lead.

If LAC loses then it's a no-brainer martingale in Game 4. But I'm not too worried about that.

Clippers have no say in this series.

Spurs health does though.. Healthy Spurs will destroy clippers at home .

I'm leaning on this. If they drop tonight might be in chase mode game 4 too. Hoping it'll get closer to 200 before game time with all the spur money flowing in today.

Looking at the Paul props too because he will be on a mission tonight. Usually hate props for road teams but he's got a lot to prove tonight.

They can win game 4 down 2-1. It's not impossible.

Every year people say the spurs are done and they pick a team that will beat them before they make a run. Every year people pick the clippers to make a run. Every year both these predictions are wrong. When will people learn that the clippers are never going to amount to anything with what they have? Yes they have talented players but they have an overrated coach and a pg that doesnt have the "it" factor to lead a team all the way. The spurs have the best coach in the league and they play the best "team basketball in the nba. Golden State is the only team that can beat the spurs period. Stop wasting money on the clippers they arent anything

Please do. This is the nba, when was the last time there was really a surprise in this league? here is another one for you spurs vs gstate and hawks vs bulls in west and east finals. At that point then there will at least be something to watch

kinda like your thread last year about the spurs losing in the first round and how Portland would destroy them. I can bump that too. You were screaming about how the Spurs were done after losing at home by 20 to Dallas.

Ha. Don't make up details. I took Portland to win that series. I was wrong. I also took the Spurs huge in the Finals not only to win, but to win in 5. Sure enough, that's exactly what happened.

Good luck. Might sit this one out. Clippers should steal either game 3 or 4. Got to like their chances tonight with Duncan only having one day rest off of 44 minutes and Parker banged up.

the only doubtful player for Spurs is Aron Baynes.
i have zero interest in taking the Clippers tonight.
the only proper way to read this is that the Clips
were really up for Game 1 - and San Antonio was not.
This schedule of starting playoffs on the road is a first
for them. After one night, Pops and the vets figured it out.
They adjusted and won. Now they carry a win back, and are
in a winning way again. Why would anyone expect the Clips
to win the first road game at SA is beyond me. The odds aren't
even a good payout for the improbability.

Does the zig-zag theory only work when it's convenient for you? Isn't every other series 2-0 or 3-0? How has that worked out. Just saying.
