No, they don't have a chance. I like Lowry, DeRozan and Valančiunas, but this team has issues on defense. Being ranked 25th in pts allowed in the paint, should be a sign that this team needs a serious improvement.

I watch this team regularly. They can probably get out of the first round if they play Wiz or the bucks. They for some reason match up well against Wiz and bucks are struggling offensively. But raptors can't beat Cavs/Bulls/Hawks. So I don't see them getting out of the 2nd round. They have a coach who is not good at in game adjustments. They have some trigger happy guards who like to chuck when defenses clog the middle. So to answer your question, it is highly unlikely they make it to the Eastern Final. So they don't have a shot at NBA championship and I think the team will go through some major changes this summer.
