You are allowed to switch arms one time per at-bat. Same goes for switch-hitters, so no effect on right vs. left, left vs. right.

I suffered thru this during my baseball playing days for about 5 years. I always thought I had a fukkin STD from all the sketchy hoez i would hook up with....


I went to several doctors and none could figure out what was causing the itching... thankfully a teammate finally put me on something called Gold Bond. That shit will make yo dikk numb and take away all the itching.

Zito has been lights out in spring training up until yesterday

Yesterday he got his ripped.

his command was awful yesterday and thats a bad thing when your fastball tops out at 90 mph
