Sounds like a case of a confirm button that wasn't hit. There is no trace of any such parlay. Bets don't just disappear in DGS. In other words, say there was a bad line, it would be "cancelled" and still reflect in the account history.

This. Always check for a confirmation number, so if this happens, they have a reference to go to. Ther same thing probably happened to you, that happened to me one time. I placed a bet, and thought I saw the confirmation. When I checked the history on my Google Chrome, I found that the line had changed in the middle of my bet, and it was asking if I wanted to accept the changes. It was a good thing, because I would have lost the bet anyway.
