Don't even know what a tout is. I'm just a guy who has found something I am good at after a couple years of losing trying parlays and moneylines. I just wanted to know if they can limit you in vegas. I understand these offshore sportsbooks have all the power with US players but I would think the betting capitol of the world would not be able to limit gamblers winning, otherwise what is the point of vegas.
