In some way shape or form you always pay for it.

It could be an STD. It could be that you get some chick pregnant that you didnt want to get pregnant. It could be that someone else is now angry bc of the chick you had sex with and now they want to cause you physical harm. It could just cost you a dinner. But very seldom is actually "free"

there is almost always some sort of ramifications thats goes along with it even if its just "paranoia" and there are a number of different reasons to cause that.
