I feel like every time I turn on the TV or check out SBR all I hear about is Eagles O vs Seattle D. IMO people need to pay attention to the other side of the ball with Seattle O vs Eagles D. The matchup for Seattle's offense seems bad here. Seattle has the 7th highest sacks against rate in the NFL going up against a defense that can pressure the quarterback, and Seattle is heavily dependent on the running game and the eagles give up just 3.9 YPC this season. Seattle wide receivers don't scare anyone either. Not to mention Seattle leads the league in penalties per game and is top 5 in penalty yardage per game. I feel like this is going to be a low scoring, sloppy game and I don't expect Seattle to score very much at all against this Eagles D...

Only reason the eagles defense is ranked 23rd in the league is because they lead the league in drives they've been on the field at 162... Next closes is 150 drives by the Buffalo Bills. When looking at the eagles defense you need to look at per drive statistics to see how efficient they've been...

Some stats for you on a per drive basis:

Eagles D:

% of drives ending in Opp scoring: 27.8% - ranked 2nd in the league

Average points against per drive: 1.60 - ranked 5th and one spot ahead of the Seahawks who are 6th (1.61 avg)

Average length of drive against: 27.0 yards - tied for 5th with the Seahawks

Eagles D also ranked 7th in the league in YPC run defense and 12th in the league in net yards against per pass attempt (factors in lost yardage from sacks)...

Looks like a pretty underrated defense to me.
