When Tampa Bay went for it on 4th down... the clock should of stopped at 2:03. That's why Smith wanted to go for it quickly... in case they screwed up and didn't get the first down... they had an extra time out. Clock operator lets the clock go to the 2 minute warning. Refs do nothing about the situation. Such a consistent NFL we have. Worst officiated season I've witnessed in many many many years.

I totally agree. Maybe don't even sneak it. But that's why Smith wanted to speed it up. He usually doesn't speed anything up.
