I simply cannot believe Kansas lost. Bill Self owns K-state, winning last 22/24 meetings or something (KU won last 44/49 I think).

Even Kansas State's own Gipson said he thought they might lose by 27. K-state in complete disarray in the midst of a tailspin and they somehow win. Disgusting.

Don't know about owning them but last game Kansas played at K State last year they lost as well by 3 points. They mostly beat them at home, on the road it's a dif. story.

Kansas looked soft. Only guy who played tough was perry Ellis. Everyone else got bullied and the crowd took them out if the game. Refs let them play and k state went out and out played and hustled the jay hawks. It was quite surprising since everyone thought and was reporting the wildcats were left for dead. Looks like that was added motivation and it actually brought the team together. The sophomore who had his career high played out of his mind.

The line said k state was the pick. But after seeing them play their last couple games I couldn't see how it would be possible. Now I see how it could be done. Quite surprising.

I do see a letdown in their near future. I just don't think this team is very talented and more importantly mentally strong enough to keep it going. Nice win and it certainly exposed some Kansas weaknesses.

Books got buried over the weekend, made it all back with Kansas losing Monday night. Should have seen it coming. But Kstate is just so bad. And like I said even Gipson said they're mad and will probably lose by 27.

We should have picked up on that, the card was just too easy over the weekend for us. Time for them to get some back i went like +3500 never betting more than 400 at a time this weekend. still was a juice night better than I've been starting my weeks. I'm usually stuck 10 units by tuesday morning lately LOL.

CMU +1 @ EMU
Central Michigan has been bringing their offense with them on their shorter trips for road games, and tonight they travel a couple hours south to Eastern Michigan. CMU offense is top notch. EMU has been letting teams shoot above avg from 3pt land, and their defense is not as good as CMU's offense. With size and shooters, CMU should score enough that EMU can't keep up.

Texas +4 @ West Va
I follow WVU pretty closely this year and feel I have a handle on them. Texas destroyed them in their first meeting in Austin and they should rickroll them again. West Va doesn't shoot well, aside from Staten who can get hot. But mainly they rely on turnovers and a very high percentage of O rebounds. With Texas' size and rebounding ability they will take away 10 or more possessions that west va needs to win games. This game should be cringe worthy to the normal fan as it will boast poor shooting and tonsssss of fouls. Texas should get to the line more often with their size advantage, and they also have a FT% advantage.

Problem is even at home the mountaineers rack up a shit ton of fouls. Even if the turn over Texas, they ain't getting those ORBs. WVU's DNA is extra possessions and they're goin against a team which does a good job of limiting those extra possessions.

Christmas has been on a tear lately and may taper off. Either way, I can't see the Cuse keeping up with the Irish here. Irish can shoot their way through that zone, especially at home. Coach Brey can get his kids up for this game since they got smoked last year, and the Irish got over a week off after tonight.

Thanks L'kid. I like indiana to shoot the lights out tonight on a NW team which let CMU, MSU, Wisconsin (each similar shooting skill to IU) all shoot 50%+ from 3 earlier this season. Indiana came up short vs Purdue but Hanner got more playing time and experience vs Hammonds & Haas - both much better than NW's 7-footer. I imagine this game being like when MSU destroyed NW a few weeks back hitting everything from behind the arc.

Wanted to hammer Colorado State -26 at home on senior night vs San Jose State, but CSU's best player is out so I'm gonna lay off.

SMU -2 @ Memphis
Last meeting SMU won by 14, grabbed 45% or more of their misses, owned the boards. If Nic Moore is on his game this is an easy one. If he gets cold they go down low with Kennedy & Moreira. Memphis relies on Nichols and Goodwin down low, and doesn't have strong guard play. I like SMU better offensively and defensively, and they're a team that travels well too.
