Pitt scored 10 against Akron @ home.....10....VT defense held UNC to only 17 which is 2 TDs below what that offense is averaging. Held OSU in check on the road. Pitts D scares nobody. Anything can happen but im jot buying Pitt in this spot at all. Pitt runs and VT doesnt let teams just line up and cram the ball down their throat. Nobody has been able to do that in a long time. I fu king hate VT more then anyone on this forum but am taking them +1.5 large

What's up D??? You on VT tonight?? I see Pitt has lost 3 in a row, averaging around 16 points per game.. They did win 3 games to start the season, but to Delaware, BC & FIU & FIU is horrible.. LOT of people loving Pitt tonight, wow..

Sample size way too small. They're 2-3 straight up and who knows what the situations were in those games(odds etc). They 29-23 straight up last 10 years off a bye.
If they had a weakness off a rest you can be sure the coaching staff would be focussing on dealing with. That's why such trends tend to even up over time. That or the coach gets the arse.
