You're getting Big Game James at a great price here because you can't make the Angels any more of a dog vs. anyone with that lineup they have. I love this spot. I think the Royals should realistically be -160 here today vs. a gas-can like Cj Wilson. Hopefully they give the home crowd a great performance and close it out.

Shields has always been a bad luck pitcher. He's had awful run support most of his career. Don't forget he was on some terrible offensive Rays teams buddy.

Yeah JJ figured teams would learn by now signing guys on the wrong side of 30 and paying them for their prior achievements is bad business. With the drug era behind us sorta wink wink and the letdown of so many of these big name bad contracts teams will catch on eventually. Days of Bonds/Mac hitting 60+ dingers in late 30's and playing a relatively full schedule are thing of the past. Go KC!
