Vikings say he's not playing til he sorts out legal matters. His case isn't set to go to trial until 2015. Only way he settles the legal matter before the end of the season would be a plea bargain, in which case he's found guilty and I HIGHLY doubt the nfl would let him play in that case, considering all the heat they're taking. Oh, and it's only gonna get worse. Lots of females are gonna start coming forward.
