I think Girardi should be fired. He does a penetrating awful job managing the pitchers. I understand he needs every game. But Betances was the option to get the last three outs tonight. Roberston had too much work in this series.

So Girardi sends him out there anyway. Either use Betances for two innings, or used him for the ninth. Betances is the best arm in that pen anyway.

I agree. As someone who watches the Yankees a lot I also don't trust Robertson. I think he doesn't deserve the closer role.
