Tommy Karate had to ride the short bus to school as a kid. In fact, he STILL rides it. I knew he was a horrible handicapper, did not know he also was a snitch. Poolside, your mistake was giving him too much credit in thinking he may have known what sarcasm was. Think SHORT YELLOW BUS in the future.

On another note, Lane #1 is making everyone here rich, Karate ain't gonna like that to much. Using Lane #1 yesterday in conjunction with the Hilton consensus picks with a little capping we went 8-1 in the NFL. We only lost New Orleans on a terrible call. Now, I know that those great cappers Mako and Karate probably went better than 8-1, but we are amateurs do we'll take it. Hope everyone else did well. This thread is AWESOME.

I have also been taking consensus picks among the 3-4 leading entries along with DFLANE 1 & 2...Jets were on all 6. If you can't mine gold from this, then you will NEVER be a winner.... and to further this topic, DFLANE 1 (35) & 2, BRIEFCASE 2 (2) and STAG CAPITAL (4) are all on Philly without any conflicting pick from CH BALLERS (1) or ALCATRAZ HOLDINGS (3) as well as what i can only assume is BRIEFCASE 2's other entry BRIEFCASE.

Another easy victory capping off a great week. The numbers only get stronger as the season progresses. I would be very cautious about tailing the top ten consensus picks. I have been tracking them the past 7 or 8 years and they typically don't do this well. The law of averages will catch up to most of them and you will see their winning percentages taper off. However, DFL is just getting warmed up!

I think he won the contest with a 68% winning percentage. He is at 70% in Lane#1, right on target.

But does anyone have info comparing that 68% with the closing lines?
I guess a small % of those bets were winners with his outdated lines but losers with the closing lines.

3 games have lost looking at the Supercontest's closing line for DFL1's entry compared to kickoff line sunday. That would make him 32-18 against closing lines....btw, you have the option to tease if line runs too far.

I have only had two of my bets affected by the closing line. Once, DFL won and I lost. Once, I won a won a bet that he lost. So line changes hasn't affected me at all yet. And I have bet a ton of his games on Lane 1. This guy is awesome, just take his picks.
