#12All inflated numbers. Company's lying all over the place. I've cut my spending down big time the last 24 months... I probably spend 50% less now than I once did. If I'm cutting by 50% others have to be cutting to. Our US govt. wants false numbers to be reported.Comment -

#18The stock market started to change around 15 years ago. It's not the same market it used to be; so all the hyped analysis about it being bloated is incorrect. The big reason is advertising, pharmaceuticals, and the internet. The stock market is around what it should be and unless something drastic happens in the world like WW3 with Russia/China, it will bounce around within a percentage that won't be scary.Comment -

From wiki: "Quantitative easing (QE) is an unconventional monetary policy used by central banks to stimulate the economy when standard monetary policy has become ineffective.[1][2][3] A central bank implements quantitative easing by buying specified amounts of financial assets from commercial banks and other private institutions, thus raising the prices of those financial assets and lowering their yield, while simultaneously increasing the monetary base."
So basically the fed just prints money, buys assets, to make everything look good to the public. However, it's causing inflation. The only people doing well from QE are the big banks etc.
Naturally, the assets they buy from the private institutions and commercial banks, inflates the market on nothing but printing up $.

Look at the inflation rate of food forecast for 2015. http://www.forecast-chart.com/inflation-food-price.html
Then look at the CPI/purchasing power of the consumer dollar. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BuSeJmYCAAEBJCE.jpg
ending January, 2015 could easily fall between 10.07% and 0.97%"
Talk about throwing darts at a board.
2-3 weeks from now the stock market will be going back up.
The food cost inflation will not be 6%; I'll give a closer range of what it will be: 1.5-2.5% == healthy economyComment -

#33Wouldn't be surprised if it is like the end of January again. Market gets close to a technical correction but never actually hits it. Fact of the matter is interest rates are still 0 and they could tick up more than a couple times before the big investors get out.Comment -
