Glavine was the same way. Had to get to him in the 1st inning, or you were in for it. Some SPs just that way. That's why 1st inning bets are so much fun.

dodgers offense bascially just gave up it seems after greinke gave up those 4 runs. richards has looked terrible in his last months start, thought he was finally showing signs of regressing. but nope nothing like facing the dodgers to get you going again, would be shocked if they even got a hit the rest of the game.

Fiers has been dealing for the brewers, very under-rated prospect. He did have very good success to start his MLB career posted a 3.5 ERA, but broke his wrists last year and out the entire year. With the big national media complaining about the Brewers Farm system they sure have had their guys step up, Scooter Gennet,Kris Davis, Thronburgh, Jimmy Nelson, and Fiers.
